We understand plans change — here's how our refund process works.
More than 24 Hours Notice
If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled session, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Approved refunds are credited to your bank account within 7–10 business days.
Within 24 Hours
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be forfeited.

We verify your cancellation timing and booking details within 1–2 business days.
Eligible refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
